These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the Grands Ensemble company limited, registered in the register of companies of Amiens (FRANCE) under number 488 458 969 hereinafter GE and secondly, by any person or entity wishing to make a purchase via the website of "GE" hereinafter "Purchaser".

These conditions of sale is to define the contractual relationship between the buyer and GE and conditions applicable to all purchases made through the site GE that the buyer either professional or consumer.

The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.

These conditions shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not specifically approved by GE.

GE reserves to modify the conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer.

These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks.

Rates

Orders

Retractation

Buyers, non-professional individuals, have a period of seven days from delivery of their orders to return to the seller of the product for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the return charges. Terms of payment

The price is payable to the order.

Filing - Proof

GE archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable as a true copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the Civil Code.

The records of GE will be considered by the parties as evidence of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

Dispute resolution

These conditions of online sales are subject to French law.

In case of dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Amiens (FRANCE), despite multiple defendants or collateral.
